In 2024 we moved our Fabrication workshop to Heath St, Lonsdale. In turn this gave us more room to increase our capabilities and increase working areas, these include, but not limited to;

Welding Procedures-
We have developed, tested and qualified a range of welding procedures to AS/NZ 1554.1 -2011. Our welders are then qualified to those procedures.
Trade Qualifications-
All our fabricators at present are fully trained tradesmen or trade apprentices. That experience and expertise shows through in a quality product.
Materials-
All materials are delivered to us with the mill certification. If a Manufacture Data Report (MDR) is required we relate these mill certificates to the items produced as per the shop drawings.
Surface treatment-
We have the facilities for spray painting smaller jobs but our preference is for Hot dip Galvanising which we outsource. We also outsource larger painting jobs particularly when coatings with particular application procedures have been specified.
Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)-
We conduct testing in consultation with the client as required prior to delivery.
